What is the standard lead time for custom door orders?
Standard custom orders typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. High-end finishes or specialized hardware may require additional production time, which will be specified at checkout.
Do your doors come pre-hung or as slabs only?
We offer both options. You can purchase a 'slab only' if you are using an existing frame, or a 'pre-hung' unit which includes the door already hinged into the frame for easier installation.
How are the doors packaged to prevent damage during shipping?
All doors are secured in heavy-duty reinforced crates with protective foam padding and edge guards to ensure they arrive in perfect condition via our specialized freight partners.
Can I return a door if it doesn't fit my opening?
Standard stock items can be returned within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee. However, custom-sized or modified doors are non-returnable, so we recommend double-checking measurements before ordering.
Are your exterior doors energy efficient?
Yes, our exterior doors are engineered with high-density cores and weather-stripping systems designed to meet or exceed energy efficiency standards, helping to reduce your home's heating and cooling costs.
