Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully repackage the door or hardware in its original protective crate or box, ensuring all mounting accessories and instruction manuals are included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For oversized door panels, use our portal to schedule a specialized freight carrier pickup at your convenience, or drop off smaller hardware items at an authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for structural integrity, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
